How are strict records counted?
Four independent uniform draws select numbers from 0 through 12, with replacement. The first number always counts as a record. Each later number counts only if it is strictly greater than every earlier number. A tie does not add a record. The score is 1,2,3 or 4. For example,5,3,7,7 has two records: the first 5 and later 7. The final 7 is a tie. Choose exactly one score before spinning. A ticket for 2 does not cover 3. One captured stake covers all four draws.
